Scott Schnier
Bio
Scott Schnier has served in a variety of leadership roles over the last 45 years helping people work better together. Scott has held positions as a project leader, manager, director, VP, program manager, agile coach and PQ coach serving organizations such as CGI, United State Customs and Immigration, US Postal Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, Quest Diagnostics, Cincom Systems and Digital Equipment Corp. For the last 20 years he has filled both manager and coach roles using lean and agile methods transforming the workplace to modern 21st century practices. Recently Scott has added PQ operating system from Positive Intelligenceve to his tool box along with numerous agile certifications and many years of agile transformation experince.
