Ken Rickard
Bio
Ken started his professional career as a mainframe operator and analytics developer, which led to becoming an architect and manager of development teams. As he stumbled his way through the traditions of ladder-climbing and top-down corporate change, it was in these traditional settings that he found the frustration needed to ignite the passion that would fuel the next decade and beyond of his career as a Scrum Master, an Agile Coach, and Enterprise Coach. Now that Ken's development days are behind him, he spends his time in pursuit of finding better ways to discover and invite change into organizations and their management structures. You'll catch Ken sharing his experiences by facilitating Lean Change and Modern Management courses and coaching within various enterprise organizations.
