He is the organizer of Code PaLOUsa, a regional software development conference in Louisville, Kentucky along with the Louisville .NET Meetup and Louisville Tech Leaders. He is also a frequent speaker at software development conferences, where he shares his knowledge and experience in the field. He is passionate about helping other developers grow in their careers and is active in the local developer community.
