What is one of the questions we always get asked by management; when will it be done? In Agile we say that is a tough question. But what if we could analyze the success of our estimation, refining it over time, building a history of story sizes and learning from our sizing mistakes? Then we would be closer to figuring out when a specific feature might be achieved. We could with some degree of certainty state that over a specific period of time we could deliver a given feature.
